Service Provider

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk  excludes its liability in connection with any Visa Applications, including (without limitation) liability in or under contract, negligence, tort, statute or otherwise howsoever, and including (without limitation) liability for any default, negligence, delay or failure of  in advising on, providing information on, handling or processing visa applications, loss of or delay to passports and other documents, delays involving the Embassy of India or the Consulate General of India, and rejections of applications for any reason. And for the avoidance of doubt herewith:

Incorrect Information

shall have no liability for loss, delays or non-issuance of any application arising from or in connection with incomplete application forms, incorrectly or falsely completed application forms, and inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.  Filling up the application form correctly and completely and truthfully mentioning all information that is pertinent and / or asked for, is the express responsibility of the Applicant. In the event of incomplete / incorrect / false information mentioned in the application form or the supporting documents attached, there may be delay in processing or rejection of the Application.
indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk Shall not be considered to be in breach of contract or negligent or otherwise liable in any way for any delay in processing or rejection of any application, or for any loss arising out of such delay or rejection, damage or delay to any documents due to accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, and not arising out of a wilful default of indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk 

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk  can assume no Liability for Force Majeure (Event or occurrence which is outside control of the party concern).

Postal and Courier Service

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk shall have no liability for any delays, or for loss of or damage to any Visa Application caused by, or occurring whilst any Application or document is in the possession of, any third party postal or courier service, including transportation of visa applications, passports or other documents between indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk and the Embassy or a Consulate and when being returned by indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk to be returned to the applicant. No Liability for Assessment of Visa Applications
indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications, or their grant or refusal, or taking part in the application decision process in any way, and shall not be liable or responsible for any delay by the High Commission of India, grant or refusal of any visa application for any reason as deemed fit by the competent authority,, or for the request of further information documents from the applicant by the High Commission of India.

No Liability for Wasted Costs and Expenses

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk  shall have no liability (including but not limited to, breach of contract or negligence) to any visa applicant, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any commitment, cost or expenditure incurred in reliance on or anticipation of receiving an Indian visa, whether within a particular timescale or at all, including but not limited to air travel, hotel, and other travel and accommodation arrangements, and any other arrangements made. All the arrangements made by the Visa Applicant for any purpose are at their own sole risk.

General Exclusion of Loss and Damage

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk  shall have no liability to any visa applicant, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever due to delay, misplacement, loss or damage of applications, passports and other documents, or due to negligence or breach of contract in connection with any visa application or any advice or information given in relation to any visa application.

General Obligation

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk will process all visa applications in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Embassy of India and Consulate General of India from time to time. However, whilst an effort is made to check each application form for obvious errors on the face of the form, including all of its staff does not guarantee detection of any or all errors within the information provided by the applicant in the application form, and does not undertake to verify any information provided, which is the sole responsibility of the Visa Applicant. The accuracy and completeness of application form and all the information required therein is the sole responsibility of the Visa Applicant.
Applicant’s Responsibility

It is the responsibility of all applicants to complete all application forms truthfully, to provide complete, correct and accurate information and documentation, to ensure that they have a valid passport, and on receipt of visa, to check the validity of the visa issued to ensure that it covers the period of stay requested, the number or entries required, and that it is valid for the purpose of the trip.

Processing Times

The processing times for visas are estimates only. These are based on information and experience of the Embassy of India and Consulate General of India. The processing of your application is subject to the volume of applications received at the given time, any additional checks that may be required as judged by the competent authority, procedures and timing of the Embassy of India, over which have indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk has no control.

 Indian Changes to Procedures and Fees

The procedures and fees of the Embassy of India and Consulate General of India for the processing of visas and related services are outside the control of indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk All Visa fees & application processing charges (service charge) of indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk are subject to change without prior notice. indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk does not accept any responsibility for any changes in procedures or fees and reserves the right to pass on any increased fees to applicants.

Refund Policy
Refund of Visa Application Fee

If any action or inaction of indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk is the sole cause of the visa not granted or loss of applicant’s passport with valid visas, in each case, wherein the applicant has to apply for a new passport or cannot travel to India at the times stated by the applicant in visa application, indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk will refund to the applicant the amount of the visa application fee only, without any further liabilities, encumbrances or claims. Loss or damage to passports and other travel documents

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk takes every reasonable precaution while handling an applicant’s passport & documents. If due to any action or inaction on the part of indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk the applicant’s submitted passport or documents are lost or damaged beyond a useable condition, then indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk will pay to the applicant the amount of the fees charged by the government of the applicant’s home country for the replacement of the lost or damaged passport or other documents through their normal replacement procedure, and indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk  will assist the applicant with the same within its capacity. Such payments will be made by indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk   to the applicant on the presentation of the payment receipt issued by the government of their respective home country for the replacement of such lost or damaged passport or documents.

Important Notes:

indiaevisaheadoffice.co.uk recommends that you do not purchase tickets or make bookings which cannot be cancelled without cost prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific requirement stated as part of the visa application.  Any and all actions to make any travel arrangements in anticipation of grant of visa and any other expenses incurred are solely the responsibility of the Applicant.

Except where covered by our refund policy below, fees are not refundable and are payable whether or not a visa is ultimately granted.

An Applicant is solely responsible for the accuracy of application form, and in checking application form for completeness, accuracy and truthfulness of information provided.

Security Policy

We state that the details where in the customer is entering his/her details of the credit card is a secured website and further state that the CC card details as entered by the customer is transmitted at no point are we storing the customer’s credit/debit card details on the site.
